Professional Association of Travel Hosts (PATH) is excited to announce its 17th Annual PATH Symposium, reimagined for 2026 with a fresh, more intentional format designed to maximize collaboration, preparation, and impact across the travel industry.

The full-day, in-person PATH Symposium will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, immediately following ASTA’s annual Travel Advisor Conference, allowing industry leaders to extend their time together for deeper discussion and meaningful engagement.

In a strategic shift for 2026, PATH’s host-only and supplier-only sessions will be held virtually in advance of the symposium (dates and times to be announced). These pre-symposium sessions will allow participants to arrive in San Diego fully prepared—ready to engage in thoughtful, solution-driven conversations when hosts and suppliers come together in person.

2026 Symposium Highlights

Important dates and times: 

  • Host-Only Virtual Session
    An exclusive discussion for host agency owners and senior managers, focused on shared challenges, best practices, and strategic growth.
  • Supplier-Only Virtual Session
    Designed for supplier executives and National Account Managers to collaborate on more efficient, impactful ways to work with hosts and their advisors.
  • Full-Day In-Person Symposium – May 30, 2026 with both hosts and suppliers will incorporate Interactive groups to recap previous sessions and will cover topics of mutual interest discussed in previous sessions.

 

Location & Networking Celebration

The 2026 PATH Symposium will take place at the Gaylord Resort & Casino, 1000 H Street, Chula Vista, CA 91910.

To cap off the day, attendees will enjoy a full networking dinner in historic Old Town San Diego at the iconic Barra Barra Saloon. The evening will feature a lively Mexican-themed celebration complete with exceptional food, handcrafted drinks, entertainment, and—true to PATH tradition—plenty of fun and unforgettable connections.
