HOST AGENCY SYMPOSIUM

The Professional Association of Travel Hosts (PATH), announced that its 15th annual symposium will be held at the Hilton Anatole. This will be an exciting and valuable opportunity for the travel industry! Aligning PATH’s 15th annual symposium with ASTA’s Travel Advisor Conference at the Hilton Anatole is sure to create a powerhouse event.

“The significance of this symposium is a platform for host agencies and suppliers to collaboratively address industry challenges and exchange best practices. The focus will be on fostering dialogue and brainstorming sessions while underscoring the importance of working together to enhance mutual success across the industry. This symposium will undoubtedly set attendance records and serve as a catalyst for meaningful discussions and insights that will shape the future of the travel industry” says PATH President Anita Pagliasso

Host- to-host only networking session will address the mutual challenges facing host agencies. (Open to owners and managers only)

Supplier-only session will give executives and National Account Managers an opportunity to network on how to effectively work more effieciently with hosts and their advisors.

The full-day symposium with both hosts and suppliers will incorporate Interactive groups to recap previous sessions and will cover topics of mutual interest discussed in previous sessions.

Important dates and times: 

Saturday, June 1

9AM-11:30AM Opening of PATH Symposium – Special presentations for all registered attendees (Breakfast included)

11:30AM – 1:00PM Lunch will be served (please advise of any allergies)

1:00 PM-4:00PM Suppliers and Hosts will break into separate meeting rooms

Host- to-Host networking session will address the mutual challenges facing host agencies. (Open to executives, owners, managers, and operations only)

Supplier-only networking session will give executives and National Account Managers an opportunity to network together on how to effectively work more efficiently with hosts and their advisors.

5:30 PM Networking Dinner for registered Suppliers and PATH Member Host Agencies (Dinner Location TBA)

The day will bring together both hosts and suppliers to incorporate Interactive groups to recap previous sessions and will cover topics of mutual interest discussed in previous sessions.
