HOST AGENCY SYMPOSIUM

The Professional Association of Travel Hosts (PATH) is thrilled to announce its 16th annual symposium, taking place at the Hyatt Regency, Salt Lake City, Utah. This event promises to be an exciting and invaluable experience for the travel industry, especially with PATH’s symposium aligning with ASTA’s Travel Advisor Conference at the same venue, creating a dynamic and impactful gathering.

PATH President Anita Pagliasso emphasizes, “This symposium offers a unique platform for host agencies and suppliers to tackle industry challenges collaboratively and share best practices. It will feature interactive discussions and brainstorming sessions aimed at fostering cooperation and driving collective success. We anticipate record-breaking attendance and believe this event will spark meaningful conversations and insights that will shape the future of the travel industry.”

Host- to-host only networking session will address the mutual challenges facing host agencies. (Open to owners and managers only)

Supplier-only session will give executives and National Account Managers an opportunity to network on how to effectively work more effieciently with hosts and their advisors.

The full-day symposium with both hosts and suppliers will incorporate Interactive groups to recap previous sessions and will cover topics of mutual interest discussed in previous sessions.

Sunday, May 18

2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Breakout Sessions:

• Host-Only Networking Session: Owners, operations, and managers will address shared challenges and opportunities.
• Supplier-Only Session: Supplier Executives and National Host Account Managers will explore strategies for more effective collaboration with host agencies and their advisors.

5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Networking Dinner: For registered Suppliers and PATH Host Agency members. (Dinner location TBA)

Monday, May 19

PATH Symposium: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
For Host Agencies, Consortia, and Suppliers: Breakfast and lunch will be served. The day will feature special presentations and interactive group sessions that recap and expand on topics discussed previously in meetings.

ASTA Travel Advisor Conference: Separate registration required at ASTA Conference Registration. A discount rate at the Hyatt Regency, Salt Lake City, will be available for PATH Symposium attendees. The discount code will be provided with your ASTA registration.
